The Midwest Horse Fair has created a new partnership with Macksteel Farm and Ranch Equipment. Macksteel will be the new Livestock and Panel Sponsor for the 43rd Midwest Horse Fair, to take place at the Alliant Energy Center April 19–21, 2024.
Macksteel Farm and Ranch Equipment started as a warehouse in 1973, when founders Steve and Beverly Mack began a portable baling business, traveling the region processing scrap metals. Eventually the scrap division was sold, and the company changed its name to Macksteel Warehouse Inc., focusing on the metal service center side of the business and adding fabrication equipment to produce finished products.
Today, Macksteel operates in a nearly 145,000-square-foot building with the latest metal fabrication technology. Its unique integration of metal distribution, fabrication and manufacturing has allowed Macksteel to continue to grow. The company is committed to a strong network of more than 75 dealers, and is always seeking out opportunities to build and grow long-term partnerships with businesses that provide excellent customer service.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Macksteel at the 2024 Midwest Horse Fair,” said fair Executive Director Teri Giannetti. “Macksteel’s commitment to long-term partnerships and building products that last for generations is impressive. The Midwest Horse Fair relies on the support of valued sponsors like Macksteel to help fulfill our vision to be America’s epicenter for the equine community.”
The Midwest Horse Fair draws approximately 60,000 people per year to Madison for a memorable weekend of world-class entertainment, educational sessions, breed demonstrations, the famed Stallion Avenue, a large exhibitor area and more. More than 800 horses participate.
