Stephanie Hoff is a native of northwest Wisconsin, growing up in small towns around Thorp. She's proud to say that making hay with antique equipment, castrating piglets, and accidentally letting the bull out of the gate have built great character. Hoff took those valuable experiences and farm work ethic to UW-Madison where she earned a communications degree from CALS. She and her husband Conway now reside in Madison. Hoff began her farm broadcasting career with Mid-West Farm Report in 2021 and joined the National Association of Farm Broadcasting. She currently serves as the West Region Vice President of NAFB. In addition, she's a two-time finalist in Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation's "35 Under 35," and a WFBF Leadership Institute graduate. When she's not telling the story of agriculture, Hoff is enjoying Wisconsin’s lakes, cheering on the Packers, Bucks, and Badgers, or tackling another home and garden project.
Charitee Seebecker grew up in Mauston, Wisconsin and now resides in Wisconsin Dells. She learned first-hand the work ethic and dedication of Wisconsin farmers. Growing up on her family’s registered Holstein dairy farm, feeding calves and milking were just a couple of things that helped keep her busy. Wanting to share agriculture’s story and the impact that growing up on a farm had on her, Seebecker obtained a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business with an emphasis in communications and marketing from UW-Platteville. Upon graduation, Seebecker served as an Ameri-Corps Farm to School Specialist for Juneau County, worked at the Wisconsin Holstein Association as the director of sales and membership, and as a news broadcaster at Hometown Life News in Tomah. She enjoys being a part of the Mid-West Farm Report Team and spends her free time horseback riding, watching sports, and playing with animals.
