The Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin (DFW) board of directors unanimously reelected Janet Clark as Board Chair. Clark is a second-generation dairy farmer from Rosendale representing District 16 (Fond du Lac, Green Lake and Marquette counties). She, along with the elected Executive Committee, will lead the organization through the next fiscal year.
“I’m honored to continue serving the state’s dairy farmers as board chair,” said Clark, Board Chair, DFW Board of Directors. “This year, I’m excited also to represent Wisconsin within the United Dairy Industry Association. I’m excited to join other dairy state representatives in the national mission to increase demand for dairy.”

DFW board members elected to serve on the Executive Committee with Clark include Gail Klinkner, (Viroqua, District 21) as Vice-Chair. Also elected was Sandy Madland (Lyndon Station, District 15) as Secretary. Treasurer, Mark Crave, (Watertown, District 19) was also elected. Also elected to serve on the Executive Committee was Rick Roden, (West Bend, District 18) as Chair of the Communications Committee. David Bangart, (Greenwood, District 7) was elected as Chair of the Channel Management Committee. Kay Zwald, (Hammond, District 5) was elected as Chair of the Policy/Bylaw Committee. Additionally, the Board selected Jeff Betley (Pulaski, District 9) to serve as Chair of the Center for Dairy Research Liaison Committee. DFW continues to support the efforts of the internationally recognized dairy research center through funding, research, collaboration and technical support.
The board welcomes two new directors Andrew Christenson (Amery, District 4) and Kristen Metcalf, (Milton, District 25).
