The countdown is on for the Dane County Fair and the annual Farm Babe Boogie Tractor Parade!
The parade happens in conjunction with the fair on Saturday, July 22. Any and all tractor drivers are welcome at no charge! Unload your tractor in the parking lot behind the Alliant Energy Center between 10-11 a.m. Be ready to parade at 11 a.m. with Fabulous Farm Babe Pam Jahnke leading the charge.
The group will park the tractors for pictures while drivers and their family enjoy lunch courtesy of the Stoughton FFA Alumni (cheese curds) and Dane County Pork Producers (sandwiches and a beverage). Everyone will parade off the grounds around 12:30 p.m.
Your participation earns you free admission to the fair along with lunch and a commemorative picture!
We’ll see you there!
The Dane County Fair — July 20-23 — is an annual, family-friendly event held in Wisconsin’s capital city every July. Friends from near and far venture to the Alliant Energy Center in Madison for free concerts, entertainment, great food, animals and adventure. The fair has a rich history dating back to 1851 when the first Dane County Fair was held in Madison. This history guides us as we strive to honor the past, while continuing a tradition and looking to the future.
