More than 45,000 people are expected to attend Farm Tech Days happening July 18-20 in Baraboo. And to feed all those people, there will be more than 20 food and beverage trucks, stations, and pop-up tents from across Sauk County.
Ralph Pierce with Badger Steam & Gas Engine Club is working with the food committee for this year’s show. He says this new approach to food is going to make for an overall more enjoyable experience for show goers AND the vendors. Lunch Box Express co-owner Becky Meyer explains how she’s preparing the staff and the menu to serve at her largest show yet!
This new approach for the show aims to shorten lines and wait times for food throughout the day. cutting down food wait times and shortening lines. Food trucks and stations will be located in two main areas on the grounds, the North Food Area and the South Food Area, and will attendees a wide variety of popular meal and beverage options.
Food will be available throughout show hours, July 18-20 on the grounds of the Badger Steam and Gas Engine Club, S3347 Sand Road, Baraboo, WI. Items will range in price from $1 to $12.
