AgrAbility of Wisconsin will be attending Farm Technology Days, held July 18-20 in Baraboo. Located at booth #135 in the Rural Events Center tent, AgrAbility will be providing information on disability resources and assistive technology for Wisconsin farmers.
AgrAbility will be partnering with WisTech, Wisconsin’s Assisistive Technology Act Program for this show. WisTech provides short-term loans of assistive devices for people with disabilities. This includes devices for use on the farm as well as home, school, and the community.
“We are excited about this collaboration with WisTech and for this chance to highlight assistive technology for use both on the farm and in the home,” says Andrea Klahn, AgrAbility of Wisconsin Outreach Specialist. “Farm Tech Days focuses on using technology to improve your operation. Using technology to benefit your health and wellness on the farm should be just as important.”
Come see equipment and learn about the specialized tools that help lessen the stress on a farmer, while helping complete on-farm tasks more efficiently and safely. To learn more, stop by booths 133-135, located in the Rural Events Center tent during the show.
