Connect with industry colleagues and learn what’s ahead for Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association at the 2023 WCMA Annual Member Meeting, set for 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 24.
Registration for this in-person meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn in Sun Prairie is open now at WisCheeseMakers.org.
“As WCMA has grown its membership in recent years, it also has grown in the ways it supports industry,” says John Umhoefer, WCMA Executive Director. “We’re pleased to bring our dairy processors and suppliers together to offer a full report on our Association’s endeavors, including our new workforce initiatives, advocacy campaigns, grant programs, and communications – and to talk about the ways we’ll grow in the future.”
WCMA, first established in 1891, currently represents 118 dairy processing companies and cooperatives, backed by more than 600 companies supplying equipment and services to the dairy processing industry, operating in 40 American states and around the world.
All WCMA members are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting, which also features a networking luncheon, and recognition of impactful federal and state legislators and industry leaders.
WCMA’s website also notes members are invited to consider Annual Meeting sponsorships of $500, which come with recognition before and during the event, and a free registration pass. The deadline to sponsor is May 12. For more information on sponsorships, contact WCMA Events Manager Caitlin Peirick at [email protected].
