Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation is seeking applicants for the position of District 3 Coordinator in Southwest Wisconsin.
Duties include working with volunteer Farm Bureau leaders in a six-county territory to develop and implement programs to serve Farm Bureau members. County Farm Bureaus in the district include Crawford, Grant, Iowa, Lafayette, Richland and Vernon.
The District 3 Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and conducting activities that result in membership growth in each county. They will serve as a liaison between WFBF and the county Farm Bureaus., meeting monthly with county Farm Bureau boards of directors to provide them with information from WFBF and assist with the implementation of county programs. They will also surface and develop members that become active leaders in the Farm Bureau organization, assist with producing quarterly newsletters and provide administrative support for county Farm Bureaus through the County Farm Bureau Services Program.
This is a remote position with significant travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel. A company vehicle is provided.
