May is mental health awareness month, and there are multiple resources to tap into at the Wisconsin Farm Center if you or someone you know are struggling.
Jessica Beauchamp, a licensed social worker for the Wisconsin Farm Center, says that on top of their individual services, there are also online support groups for farmers to participate in – anywhere in Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Farm Center offers free, confidential, and flexible services for those who are in need of financial and business consultation, succession and transition planning, conflict, legal and financial mediation, herd-based diagnostics, and veteran farmer assistance. For assistance, call either of the following numbers or visit their website at datcp.wi.gov/Pages/AgDevelopment/FarmCenterOverview.aspx
