The Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Promotion Board is pleased to announce the recent addition of Stephanie Hammerly as Program Assistant. Hammerly will manage promotions and social media along with Dairy Lane and milking demonstrations at State Fair. She will also assist with scholarships, the Blue Ribbon Dairy Products Auction and Contest, and work with Board Coordinator Ann Schulz to support the board.
Hammerly brings her passion for the dairy industry and background in communications and event planning to the board. She and her husband raise polled dairy cattle and dairy beef just outside of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
“The Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Promotion Board is pleased to welcome Stephanie to our team. Her experience in communications, promotions and design, along with her passion for serving the dairy industry, will prove to be a tremendous asset to our board. We look forward to having her drive our cow- and goat-related initiatives at the State Fair, including Dairy Lane and our daily milking demonstrations, among other responsibilities,” shared Ann Schulz, Board Coordinator.
The Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Promotion Board is made up of individuals passionate about promoting Wisconsin’s $45.6 billion dairy industry during the Wisconsin State Fair. Providing educational opportunities for attendees with its interactive Dairy Lane exhibit and cow and goat milking demonstrations while also managing the Real Wisconsin Cheese Grill and Blue Ribbon Dairy Products Auction, the board helps fund scholarships for students pursuing careers in the dairy industry, and offers volunteer opportunities for dairy youth to get involved.
