With the approach of the Chinese New Year and the pressures from the COVID-19 Pandemic, representatives have figured out how to reach their desired audiences in a new way.
Jackie Fett, Executive Marketing Director for Ginseng Board of Wisconsin, says that recent travel restrictions have limited the number of ginseng gifts travelers would normally bring home with them.
To help increase traffic due to those travel restrictions, the Ginseng Board of Wisconsin launched a new website last year to serve as a virtual showroom.
