Dairy Signal Announces Week 43 Speakers

Professional Dairy Producers® (PDPW), announces the line-up of speakers for week 43 of The Dairy Signal™. This week’s episodes will provide insights on key trends important to both dairy farmers and the consumers they serve, including environmental issues, grocery demand, and the broader ag marketplace.  

Tuesday, January 26
Topic: Hear the latest updates on water quality and cover crop research, as well as the environmental issues that dairy producers should be aware of in 2021. Episode presenters include:

·       Amber Radatz, Co-Director, Discovery Farms

·       Tim Radatz, Minnesota Discovery Farms Coordinator

Wednesday, January 27

Topic: Find out what grocery trends and consumer demands from 2020 will continue into the future, including the use of online grocery shopping and possible marketing opportunities for dairy producers. Episode presenter includes:

·       Brandon Scholz, President and CEO of the Wisconsin Grocers Association

Thursday, January 28

Topic:  Get the latest news and analysis of agricultural markets and trends that will impact dairy producers and the ag industry through 2021. Episode presenter includes:

·       Dan Basse, Economist and President of AgResource Company
