The pancakes were hot, the ham was fresh, and the parking lot was packed. Both of Johnson Tractor’s Wisconsin locations, Janesville and Juda, recently hosted a customer open house and to say that they were each a success would be an understatement.
“Open houses at all of our locations have kind a been a legacy thing we’ve done,” Johnson Tractor’s Taylor Egnarksi said. They have tried lunches and dinners in the past but “pancakes really bring the people in,” she said with a laugh.
At the Janesville open house the breakfast buffet line was constantly out the door as Johnson Tractor customers grabbed their plate and had the delicious food piled on. Mechanics and techs, who would normally be fixing a combine were fixing breakfast this morning, much to the delight of attendees.
The Juda open house, in fact, saw a record turnout. “A a lot of people came out,” Egnarski explained, “we showed them around the new ASF Connect Magnum tractor and there’s a lot of interest there.” The new monstrous beauty from Case IH was the star of a few presentations that took place during open house, serving as a forum for producers to ask questions about this new piece of machinery.
