This year’s World Forage Analysis Superbowl brought out the best of 293 entries at World Dairy Expo. Many Wisconsinites placed in the top five of their category.
Rodney Archer of Colorado was chosen for the second year in a row as the Grand Champion Forage Producer. In the area of Quality Counts Corn Silage, Zirbel Dairy Farm in De Pere captured top honors with their BMR corn silage, sponsored by Silostop. For Quality Counts Hay/Haylage, Jenson Family Farms of Elk Mound earned first place. Their award was sponsored by CROPLAN.
