There is an investment being made in Wisconsin\u2019s meat processing industry through a $10 million allocation to the Meat and Poultry Supply Chain Resiliency Grant Program. The funding comes from ARPA dollars. Processors can apply for grants of up to $150,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kevin Ladwig, a member of the Wisconsin Meat Industry Caucus from Johnsonville Sausage, shares how this funding will help processors find more talent for the meat processing industry. He also explains challenges that Johnsonville Sausage is anticipating heading into the summer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
