Nominations Open For The 2026 Wisconsin Prime Rib Trail

The Wisconsin Beef Council and Gather Wisconsin are teaming up once again to find the state’s best prime rib.

Building on the success of the inaugural 2025 Wisconsin Prime Rib Trail, organizers are updating the list for 2026. They want beef lovers across the state to nominate their favorite supper clubs and restaurants to shape the new trail.

“Wisconsin has no shortage of incredible places to enjoy a great Prime Rib dinner.  We love that this trail is built with recommendations from the people who know them best,” Wisconsin Beef Council Director of Communications and Outreach Kaitlyn Kesler said. “Whether it’s a longtime supper club favorite or a hidden gem you think more people should know about, we want to hear about it.”

Fans can submit their nominations at beeftips.com/primeribtrail.

Organizers will announce the 2026 Wisconsin Prime Rib Trail later this year. In the meantime, diners can explore the 2025 trail through Gather Wisconsin.

The Wisconsin Beef Council is a producer-directed nonprofit organization funded by the $1.00 per head assessment on all cattle sold in the state of Wisconsin.  Gather Wisconsin ℠ connects families with the farmers growing and raising their food through education, valuable resources, and sustainable ideas. Gather Wisconsin is proudly supported by the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation.
