Discover Hidden Road Trip Gems

Fuel up the tank and pack your appetite. The Wisconsin Agricultural Tourism Association (WATA) is launching the Sip & Savor Digital Savings Passport to celebrate National Road Trip Day (May 22) and National Wine Day (May 25).

Running from May 20 through October 31, 2026, this free digital pass is the ultimate mobile companion for adventurous travelers, weekend warriors, and foodies looking to explore Wisconsin’s vibrant agricultural landscape.

The Sip & Savor Passport delivers instant access to exclusive, one-time discounts at nearly 20 premier destinations across the state. Travelers can chart a course through rolling hills and historic towns to uncover world-class artisan cheeses, local award-winning wines, handcrafted spirits, farm-fresh ice cream, and unique field-to-fork experiences.

How It Works

  • Instant Delivery: Sign up for free to save at wiagtourism.com/passports.
  • No App Required: The pass is delivered instantly via text and email.
  • Easy Exploring: Filter participating locations, plan your route, and check in on your phone to unlock savings.

The Ultimate Road Trip Itinerary

Passholders can kick off National Road Trip Day on May 22 by exploring interactive ag-tourism hubs like the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center and the Food + Farm Exploration Center or visiting working farms like Glen Innish Farm and LaClare Creamery.

When National Wine Day arrives on May 25, travelers (ages 21+) can toast to adventure at scenic stops including Balanced Rock Winery, Hidden View Winery, Ledgerock Distillery, Narrows Creek Winery, Shakin’ Rock Winery, Wolf & Fox Winery, Ziegler Winery and more.

From quick weekend getaways to season-long road trips, the Sip & Savor Passport invites travelers to experience Wisconsin one unforgettable bite and sip at a time.
