The stresses of trying to advance a career while balancing a personal life can create significant stress and burnout. Working through it is something all professionals have to deal with, and something people early in their careers need to learn.
Managing burnout is the topic of the second Young Professionals webinar from the National Dairy Shrine. Panelists will share experiences about how they manage burnout in their own careers, with tips to overcome stress and lead purposeful lives.
The webinar will be hosted by Crystal Sinn, business development manager with Midwest Dairy. She will guide the conversation with two panel members:
- Dr. Chelsea Holsbach with the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine.
- Brett Barlass, General Manager at California Dairy Farms.
