Last Chance To Apply For The Mentorship Program

Early-stage farmers have just a few days left to apply for Marbleseed’s Farmer-to-Farmer Mentorship Program, a no-cost opportunity designed to support growers as they build their businesses, pursue organic certification, diversify enterprises, strengthen production skills, and navigate work–life balance.

Each mentor–mentee pair receives two years of complimentary registration to the Marbleseed Organic Farming Conference, the organic agriculture education and networking event. Participants will meet their mentor in person at the 2025 conference, held Feb. 26-28 in La Crosse, and conclude their formal mentorship at the following year’s conference.

Eligibility:

  • At least one year of farm business operation
  • Located in WI, MN, IA, IL, IN, MI, ND, or SD

Farmers specifically looking for support in transitioning to organic can also connect with the Transition to Organic Partnership Program, part of the Midwest Regional Center’s network providing mentorship and wrap-around services for transitioning producers.
