The Center for Dairy Research (CDR) and Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin (DFW) are excited to announce the 2025 graduating class of the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® program. This year’s class includes seven new and two returning Master cheesemakers.
“Each new class of graduates confirms the value of the Master Cheesemaker program to our state and the Wisconsin dairy industry.” said John Jaeggi, program coordinator. “The Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® program is the only one of its kind in the United States, which further strengthens Wisconsin’s reputation as the premier cheesemaking state.”
