Vote For New Wisconsin Cherry Board Members

Wisconsin’s licensed cherry growers are invited to submit their votes to elect two new members to the five-member Wisconsin Cherry Board. This period runs through June 16, 2025.

The DATCP administers the election and is proceeding with no candidates listed on the ballot. This is due to no nominations being received by the March 28, 2025, nomination deadline. Eligible growers are encouraged to write in the names of two affected cherry growers to serve on the board. The elected producers will serve three-year terms beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2028.

DATCP began mailing ballots to cherry producers the week of May 5, 2025. Producers with questions or those who have not received a ballot by May 20 can contact DATCP’s Market Orders Program. This can be done at [email protected].

Completed ballots must be signed and returned by email to [email protected]. They may also be postmarked to DATCP Market Orders Program, PO Box 8911, Madison, WI 53708. These are due on or before June 16, 2025.
