Dehart Steps Into CEO Role at Foremost Farms

Foremost Farms USA has named Brenda Dehart as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Dehart, who is currently the Chief Financial Officer, will continue to serve on the Executive Leadership Team. This leadership change reflects strong support from both the Board of Directors and the leadership team.

“The Board is proud to name Brenda as our next CEO,” said Joel Eigenbrood, Chairman of the Board. “She brings passion and vision.” Eigenbrood added, “Brenda has earned the trust of our team and our members since joining Foremost Farms in early 2024.”

Dehart has helped stabilize and strengthen the cooperative during a critical time. She focused on transparency and long-term growth. Her leadership has already delivered measurable value to Foremost Farms’ member-owners. She also improved collaboration across teams.

“I am deeply honored to lead this incredible organization,” said Dehart. “Foremost Farms has a proud past and strong future. I look forward to working with employees, members, and partners to grow value across our entire cooperative,” she added.

Dehart brings experience from roles at Edlong, Sensient Technologies, and Kerry Inc. She has led teams in finance and operations. mShe holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a finance degree from Concordia University Wisconsin.

A native of rural Illinois, Dehart also serves on the Board of Female Strong Chicago, supporting leadership for young women. With her leadership, Foremost Farms is entering an exciting new chapter focused on innovation and delivering value to members.
