Take A Deeper Dive Into Hub Research

Take a deeper dive into the research at the UW Dairy Innovation Hub by attending the Dairy Symposium on May 14 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This event day-long, data-rich event is at the Memorial Union at UW-Madison. It’s an opportunity for academic colleagues, students, and trainees from the three participating campuses to share their most advanced hub-funded research.

The event is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is required: https://explore.wisc.edu/25DairySymposium

The Agenda

  • 8:00 am – Registration, posters, continental breakfast
  • 8:45 am – Welcome and morning plenary session
  • Mike Brown, vice president for dairy market intelligence at T. C. Jacoby & Company, Inc.
  • 10:00 am – Breakout sessions/posters
  • 12:00 pm – Lunch/posters
  • 1:00 pm – Breakout sessions/posters
  • 3:00 pm – Afternoon panel session
    “Dairy Soil & Water Regeneration: a multi-state, multi-stakeholder approach to build soil health, reduce greenhouse gases, improve water quality and enable new economic benefits”
