Buttermaking Skills On-Demand

Aspiring and seasoned buttermakers can now deepen their skills with a comprehensive online buttermaking course from the Center for Dairy Research (CDR). Taught by licensed buttermakers, butter graders, and industry experts, this self-study course combines valuable lectures and practical insights.

The course is ideal for those interested in butter production, marketing, quality, regulatory aspects, and sales. Designed for all experience levels, it covers essential topics like the history of butter, butter production basics, butter evaluation, and the science behind buttermaking.

Course Fee: $695
Course Dates: December 11, 2024 – March 11, 2025
Registration Deadline: November 26, 2024

Upon registration, participants will receive access information via email and a printed booklet with course materials sent to their mailing address.
