Many may feel like they’re in a rut from time to time in their personal and professional lives. Ruts can happen in your personal relationships and career, but how you handle them is what matters.
Join Dairy Girl Network for their Sharing Wisdom session on Tuesday, March 14 from 12 to 2 pm CST. This event was created to advance you’re on and off-farm personal and professional relationships by experiencing how others handled similar situations and learning new strategies in the process. During this virtual Sharing Wisdom event, you can connect in the discussion with other members, hear tips and experiences from speakers and attendees, and achieve success by building healthy relationships.
There are a variety of speakers for this year’s Sharing Wisdom session. Hank Wagner (Wagner Leadership Training) will open the session by discussing how to create a personal strategy to get out of your personal or professional rut. After the opening keynote, there will be three breakout sessions on Advancing Your Career. You can choose between Advancing Your Career in Sales with Bobbi Brockmann (ImmuCell Corporation), Advancing Your Career On the Farm with Kate Kulp (Kulp Family Dairy LLC), or Advancing Your Career Through Building Relationships with Bob Hagenow (Vita Plus). To wrap up, Angie Coleman (FCCS Consulting) will be presenting on generational communication and how to work with people from multiple generations.
