Maple Syrup Producers Getting Together Soon

Maple Syrup Producers Getting Together Soon

The 2023 Winter Institute and Maple Vendor Trade Show is set for Jan. 13-14 at Hotel Marshfield. The theme is Maple Syrup: Business and Beyond.

Over 17 vendors will be in attendance, including Armadorable Belmark Inc.; H20 Innovation/Leader Evaporator; Maple Hollow; Maple Valley Cooperative; Misty Down Farms; NICS; Lapierre USA/Midwest Maple; Roth’s/CDL; Sap Spy; Sippl’s/H2O; USDA/NASS; UW Extension; WB Bottle Supply Co., Inc.; WMSPA; and Wood Shed.

The cost is $50 for members, $75 for non-members and $25 for students. Register the day of the event or call Theresa Baroun at (920) 680-9320. You can also register at www.wismaple.org.

4 p.m. Online and Silent Auction Begins (proceeds benefit maple research and WMSPA)
