The Stoughton Junior Fair is on the horizon and ready to kick off its 96th year. This year, fairgoers will notice some improvements to the beef facilities on the fair grounds.
Chris Quam, President of the Stoughton Junior Fair, outlines the renovations being made to the beef barn and shares more about what to expect at this year’s fair.
Quam says that they are anticipating record numbers of beef entries this year, and they expect the newly remodeled beef barn to be at maximum capacity. Changes could be made to show classes depending on class sizes.
In addition to a large volume of exhibitors, Quam is excited to see returning fairgoers and new visitors to this year’s fair. He says that one thing to look forward to this year is the addition of a concert to the fair schedule for the first time in a number of years.
Stoughton Junior Fair will be held at Mandt Park in Stoughton on June 29 – July 4.
