Wisconsin will welcome representatives from a wide range of farm sizes and types later this month at the 2022 OGRAIN Organic Grain Winter Conference held Jan. 28-29 on the UW–Madison campus.
Dr. Erin Silva, professor in the Department of Plant Pathology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, says that more and more farmers in Wisconsin are becoming involved in the organic industry, both from the livestock and grain side.
Participants at the conference will benefit from two full days of organic expert presentations, engaging panels, productive discussions, and opportunities to meet other farmers interested in organic grain production in the Upper Midwest.
