Gift Guide for Farmers

Even though I love Christmas and shopping for the PERFECT gift, it does get to be a struggle with some people. My husband, a farmer, is one of them. Has everything, wants nothing. Luckily, I’ve curated a list of items I know he could use or that he actually already uses a lot and others might use as well.

Here are three on my list:

Self Emptying Rain Gauge

It does not matter what sector of agriculture you are in, you talk about the weather more than you care to admit. We have a toddler running around. It never failed that when it rained, the rain gauge was knocked over because some little guy finds it fun to play with it. Here’s one you can put up high and never have to worry about emptying.

LED Rechargeable Work Light

The good thing about these lights is that they use the same batteries the drills and many other tools on your farm. No running around trying to find 70 D size batteries anymore because of course the flashlight wouldn’t work when you needed it most.

Duluth Trading Flex Pants

Even though we have uniforms on our farm, my husband would much rather pay to have these pants every single day. They’re heavy-duty enough to hold up to farm work while being stretchy enough to get under a tractor or climb over a gate easily.
