Beginning Tuesday, November 2, three new episodes of PDPW’s The Dairy Signal™ will air. The Tuesday edition will focus on the options for business structures for today’s dairy farming operations. The Wednesday episode will feature a dairy producer panel sharing their experiences with farm transition, and Thursday’s episode will spotlight effective communications strategies.

Tuesday, Nov. 2

When we talk farm transition, there’s a variety of business structure opportunities available. Learn about what each business structure has to offer for each farm’s situation. Episode presenter will be:

Wednesday, Nov. 3
Going through a farm transition involves some calculated steps. Hear from a producer panel about their experiences and the process involved in transferring the farm from one generation to the next. Episode presenters will be:

Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management and Director of Financial Aid for Edgewood College

Thursday, Nov. 4
Learn effective ways to communicate that will inspire your team to create a winning culture. Episode presenter will be:

·        Kristy Pagel, Partner, GPS Dairy Consulting, LLC

Developed by fellow dairy farmers from the Professional Dairy Producers® (PDPW) Board of Directors, The Dairy Signal™ is a weekly series of free educational episodes offering insights and resources for fellow dairy farmers and other food system professionals throughout the value chain. The episodes air live from 12:00-1:00 PM CT each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Live sessions offer attendees the opportunity to engage in open Q&A with the speakers; recorded sessions are available later in the day. All Dairy Signal episodes are accessible through www.pdpw.org.
