Concerned consumers have been calling and messaging the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin (DFW) and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) about retail stores limiting the amount of dairy that shoppers can purchase. Both organizations have been working hard to contact retailers in Wisconsin to understand why, to encourage them to lift the limits, and to continue to drive consumer demand for dairy.
To help drive dairy sales, Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin created signs for retails to post encouraging consumers to support local dairy farmers. The campaign for this dairy promotion effort is called the “Here For You” campaign.
How can you help? If you happen to find a store with limits on dairy products, take a picture of the sign and let the DFW and DATCP know in the form below so they can contact them.
You can find the sign, the place to report the retail store and to learn more about this dairy promotion campaign on the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin website https://www.wisconsindairy.org/Promote-Dairy/Stop-Dairy-Limits
