Wisconsin egg production during June 2021 was 186 million eggs, down 2 percent from the month prior and down 1 percent from a year ago, according to the latest chickens and eggs report from the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service.
The average number of all layers on hand during June 2021 was 7.45 million, down 2 percent from last month
and down 4 percent from last June. Eggs per 100 layers for June were 2,498, down 1 percent from last month but up 3 percent from June 2020.
