CDR Experts on Call Offers Tailored, Technical Input at CheeseExpo Global Online

CDR Experts on Call debuts at CheeseExpo Global Online April 6-8, 2021. Center for Dairy Research (CDR) staff will host “on call” private consultations with dairy processors each day before CheeseExpo Global Online’s Keynote kickoff events. Register for these limited time slots before CheeseExpo early-bird pricing ends February 1.

Offered to full registrants in the dairy processing industry, CDR Experts on Call are live and private appointments. Expert teams will be ready to discuss dairy production, safety issues, product yield, quality defects, brining, curing and a host of additional issues sought by attendees.

“CDR is home to some of the industry’s brightest minds,” John Umhoefer, Executive Director of the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association said. “We’re proud to partner with the Center to bring their expertise to CheeseExpo Global Online participants through this unique, one-on-one educational experience.”

CDR Experts on Call sessions will take place between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. (CDT) on April 6, 7 and 8 during CheeseExpo Global Online. Attendees signing up for Full Registration at CheeseExpoGo.org will see a pop-up box offering CDR Experts on Call sessions. Check the box and CDR staff will follow up to schedule a specific time for your appointment.

Dairy processor attendees who have already signed up for a Full Registration can contact WCMA Events Director Judy Keller at [email protected] to sign up for CDR Experts on Call.

About Pam Jahnke
