Traditionally the Wisconsin 4-H Fall Forum is held at the Green Lake Conference Center and is limited to 400-450 attendees. This year there is no limit to attendees and the excitement for the opportunities available is overwhelming.
Fall Forum is where the Wisconsin 4-H Leaders Council is elected, but most importantly is is an event that youth and adults can partner together to learn new skills and make connections. Amber Rehberg the Wisconsin 4-H Educational Program Specialist says that, “the entire conference is planned by our State Leaders Council.” The Wisconsin State Leaders Council is made up of both youth and adults and builds communication skills to share throughout the state.
Kandi O’Neil the New Colleague Onboarding Director and Volunteer Leadership Specialist at the UW-Madison Division of Extension says that anyone older than 7th grade can participate in this event. There will be a small registration fee of $20 to attend. To participate you can visit the State 4-H Website or get in contact with your club leaders or County Extension Agent.
