With 2020 right around the corner it’s time to glance back at the year that was Wisconsin agriculture in 2019. Whether it be good, bad, or ugly- Market Advisor John Heinberg of Total Farm Marketing by Stewart-Peterson has advice and predictions for producers.
“Obviously we are dealing with a real rough year in terms of production,” Heinberg says. He adds that there’s been a lot of questions in 2019 and Wisconsin has really struggled in that regard. Despite a rough year for farmers, though, Heinberg says that producers should stay active and take any opportunity they can get at this point in time.
