The Dairy Girl Network will be hosting on of four Growing TogetHER Field Days in Wisconsin.
The Growing TogetHER Field Days are a hands-on learning event with in-field demonstrations that have been developed specifically to enable dairywomen to be able to go back to their own farm and understand how they can improve their corn silage production. By attending, Dairy Girl Network members and attendees will receive tools and knowledge to identify problems and improve agronomics in their own fields as well as access to a team of agronomy experts willing to help.
The four locations include:
- Michigan on Tuesday, June 5th at De Grins Oer Dairy, Blanchard, MI;
- Pennsylvania on Wednesday, June 6th at Clinton Co. Extension Office and Dotterer Dairy, Mill Hall, PA;
- Minnesota on Tuesday, June 26th at Quarry Hill Dairy LLC, Rolling Stone, MN; and
- Wisconsin on Tuesday, August 7th at Jauquet’s Hillview Dairy, Luxemburg, WI.
The Field Day will begin at 11:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. The Field Day experience costs $20.00 and includes lunch along with several Dairy Girl Network and Mycogen Seeds swag items.
