The National Dairy Shrine has elected their new Board of Directors. The election took place at the 68th annual meeting of the National Dairy Shrine. The newly elected group of talented industry leaders will be setting the direction and policies for the National Dairy Shrine for the coming year as well as long term. Each board member donates their time and talent to allow National Dairy Shrine to continue to prosper nearly 70 years after its inception.
At the recent meeting, Dan Bernick of Long Grove, Iowa was elected President of the organization, and Larry Schirm from, Laurelville, Ohio was chosen as President-Elect.
Elected to the National Dairy Shrine Executive Committee along with Bernick and Schirm were: Jim Dickrell of, Monticello, Minnesota, Nate Janssen, Wheaton, Illinois, Dr. Dennis Funk, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin and immediate past president Alicia Lamb of Oakfield, New York.

At the annual National Dairy Shrine board meeting the National Dairy Shrine directors also approved the continuation of fulfilling the mission of the National Dairy Shrine founders of preserving dairy history and honoring the past, present and future dairy leaders.
