The Wisconsin Cattlemen’s Association (WCA) Board of Directors announced the decision to begin contracting with the Wisconsin Beef Council for administrative services. Austin Arndt, WCA President, said the change will allow the Association to operate more efficiently.
“This change will allow WCA to be more efficient and effective in performing various tasks to be a more productive, influential, and successful organization,” said Arndt. “Although our structure will not change, we will work more closely with the Wisconsin Beef Council to leverage beef industry knowledge and deeper skill sets.”
Arndt said he believes the collaboration will help WCA communicate its message more effectively to not only members and affiliates, but also allied industry partners and the industry as whole.”
“The WCA Board of Directors is very excited and fully supportive of implementing this change and better serving our Association and industry,” said Arndt. “We are in great position to continue our mission of promoting the Wisconsin beef business through leadership and advocacy.”
